• These Terms and Conditions govern any land based or "Brick and Mortar" event to which Bodog is offering a qualifying tournament or series of qualifying tournaments. In addition, each specific event may have its own unique Terms and Conditions which would apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
• All players must be 21 years of age unless otherwise stipulated to participate in any qualifying tournaments. Should a player win a seat to a land based event and does not meet the legal age required to participate in the event, then their seat shall be forfeited without compensation. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).
• By participating in a qualifying tournament of any kind at bodoglife.com, you grant Bodog the right to use your name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
• Players who qualify for any event via bodoglife.com Poker's Qualifier program will agree without reservation to wear bodoglife.com apparel for the duration of the event when permitted to do so by the tournament rules. bodoglife.com will supply each participant with a selection of bodoglife.com Poker gear and/or apparel.
• In many cases the third parties hosting such events may require that each Team Bodog player sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the tournament that may include permission to film and broadcast your participation in the event. If a player does not choose to comply with such third party stipulations, then Bodog will not be required to refund or in any other way compensate players for the prize package in question.
• During the event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be requested and enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the event, or any other behavior that bodoglife.com, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct of the Events.
• Players who qualify via bodoglife.com's Qualifying Program will win a prize package generally consisting of the entry fee to the corresponding poker tournament as well as an allowance for hotel accommodations and travel expenses. If you win, you must play or you will forfeit your seat. If any additional seats are won, they will be forfeited without compensation. The name and person which is registered to the winning account must be the individual that participates in the live event or the prize package will be considered forfeit.
• In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the bodoglife.com Poker's Qualifying Program, the decision of bodoglife.com management will be final.
