i play on a certain site, not saying where, i don't want u playing there

Sometimes I might be up to be the big blind, someone will get knocked out and it will skip my big
blind and put me in the small blind, or i might be the big blind, the button gets knocked out and and it will skip my small blind. You get the idea.

Shouldn't it be one way or the other
