Hey gang, Great to see you guys are back on the air again, both for the poker content and for the FFAF hijinks. On that end, I have two questions, one poker related, and one not poker-related. Not poker-related: What is everyone's beverage of choice? I know for Ace, it's Captain Morgan. What about the rest of you? Poker-related: Given that you folks are surely following the legal situation in the United States, what are your feelings on the chances of legalization of online poker, given that the Brick & Mortar casinos seem to be in favor of it? A second question (somewhat along the same lines as the first), with the ongoing Full Tilt saga in progress, some people have said that this scandal may jeopardize any hopes of legalization of online poker in the United States, while others have said that this is really a good thing, in that it will signify to lawmakers that legalized online poker is even more crucial and that it may even expedite a resolution for the following reason: It's just not going to go away, and if there is a legal, legislated system in place, with a new revenue stream for government, it would be stupid to NOT consider that, given the shape of the economy. What side of the fence do you guys stand on? Does the FT situation hurt or help the chances of online poker becoming legal in the United States again? PS - Is that juicy No Limit Omaha tourney still being played at Lucky's? What's the buy-in? What's the re-buy? (I recall Milkman and JP among others saying that there were re-buys).

I listen to your Podcast’s while I am at work. I can't use my work computer to listen live but the podcast's are great. I figure” they (my Boss)” pay me to learn poker, which has nothing to do with my job. Anyway, I have found that I make most of my money playing Heads Up Sit n Go’s, But I can’t even get close to the final table playing MTT’s. I am working on improving my MTT game. My question is,… Calculator Software. The free version seams to do the “Paying Attention” for you. Do you or have you ever used Calculator Software? Do you Recommend them? If So which one? If you have already covered this topic please cover it again for us Fish. Thank you.

I would like some advise on playing Turbo/Super Turbo games. With the blinds going up so fast should a person open up their hand range? Should they use more 3 betting and 4 betting as a pre-flop opening bets, rather than the general 2.5 to 3 bet? Should a person give higher weight to a low pair that would have been folded in a regular game (such as 22, 44, 66)? Thanks as usual Waldo
